Medium-sized Garneau black road bike saddle bag. Decent volume and has extendable height via an un-zippable bottom. Rubber hook, presumably for a light, on the back-facing side. The slider on that zipper on that back-facing 'door' is missing a pull tag. Zipper opens fine but definitely awkward if wearing gloves.
